Retail Store Associate

 

Job brief

We are looking for a results driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for sales and store operation activities, from lead generation through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet clients expectations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
  • Actively seek out customers in store
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Cross sell products
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Warehouse operations / Shipping / Inventory Management

Minimum Requirements

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Web and Media Designer - Manager (Graphics / Web Data / Video Editor)

 

Job brief


We are looking for a creative graphic designer / web manager with up-to-date knowledge to interpret industry needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products including websites, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. and you will cooperate with our administrative and sales team. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior user interface design skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.


Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a solid body of work
  • Schedule project implementation and define time constraints
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Manage web content including data entry, social media, email marketing, and video content
  • Video design and editing

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
  • Proficiency in HTML
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
  • Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Associate Degree or higher in the related field
  • Airsoft / Paintball / Tactical Gear experience & knowledge is not required
